How To Order
Ordering your personalized gift from Easy Customize is simple. Follow the steps below to place your customized order.
Choose Your Product
Select the product you want to customize, such as a personalized mug, photo cushion, t-shirt, keychain, frame, gift box, or any other available item from our website or social media pages.
Send Your Customization Details
Share the details you want on your product. You can send your photo, name, message, logo, design idea, preferred color, size, or any special instruction through WhatsApp.
Confirm Product Price and Delivery Charges
Our team will confirm your product price, customization details, and shipping charges. Delivery charges within Pakistan usually range from Rs. 200 to Rs. 300, depending on city, parcel size, and courier service.
Make 50% Advance Payment
As every item is customized and made especially for you, a minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Payment can be made through EasyPaisa, UBL Bank Transfer, or Raast.
Send Payment Screenshot
After making payment, send your payment screenshot or transaction reference on WhatsApp along with your name and product details. This helps us confirm your order quickly.
Approve Your Design
For selected products, we may send you a design preview before printing. Please check names, spellings, photos, colors, dates, and all text carefully before approving the design.
Production Starts
Once your payment and design are confirmed, your order will move into production. Customized products usually take 3 to 4 working days to prepare.
Order Dispatch and Delivery
After your order is ready, it will be dispatched through a courier service. Tracking details may be shared with you where available. Currently, Easy Customize delivers within Pakistan only.
