1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, social media pages, WhatsApp, or placing an order with Easy Customize, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our order policy, delivery policy, and return or replacement policy.

2. Customized Products

Easy Customize provides personalized and made-to-order products including custom mugs, photo cushions, t-shirts, keychains, gift items, and other customized products. Each product is prepared according to the customer’s requested name, photo, message, design, logo, color, size, or other specifications.

3. Order Confirmation

An order will be treated as confirmed only after we receive the required order details and the applicable advance payment. We may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media to confirm your design, delivery details, and payment status.

4. Advance Payment Policy

A minimum 50% advance payment is required for customized products. This is because every item is specially made according to the customer’s requested design and cannot usually be resold to another customer.

5. Design Approval

Where applicable, we may share a digital design preview before printing or production. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, layout, and all other details before approval.

• Once the design is approved, production may begin.
• Easy Customize will not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.
• Changes requested after approval may result in extra charges or delay.

6. Customer Photos, Text and Content

Customers must provide clear, high-quality photos, logos, text, and design details. Low-quality, blurry, cropped, or unclear images may affect the final print result. We may request a better image if the submitted file is not suitable for printing.

7. Production and Delivery Time

Standard production time for customized products is usually 3 to 4 working days after design approval and advance payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s city, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Delivery Charges and Address Details

Delivery charges may vary according to location, parcel size, weight, courier service, and order value. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and recipient details. Easy Customize will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Cancellation and Changes

Customers may request cancellation or changes before design approval and before production begins. Once a customized design is approved, printed, or production has started, cancellation, refund, or major changes may not be possible.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind, incorrect customer-provided details, customer-approved design errors, or personal preference regarding design or color.

11. Product Colors and Display Variation

Actual product colors may vary slightly from website, mobile screen, social media, or design preview colors due to screen settings, lighting, printing process, material texture, and photography. Minor color variation will not be treated as a defect.

12. Pricing and Product Information

Prices, product availability, offers, and specifications may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate; however, if an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the affected order, and inform the customer.

13. Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk, corporate, event, school, office, or promotional orders, production time, payment terms, design approval, delivery date, and other requirements may be confirmed separately in writing through WhatsApp, email, quotation, or invoice.

14. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Customers confirm that they have the right or permission to use any photo, logo, artwork, text, trademark, or design submitted for customization. Easy Customize is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal claim arising from customer-provided content.

15. Limitation of Liability

Easy Customize will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed orders correctly and on time. However, we will not be liable for indirect losses, business loss, emotional loss, courier delays, third-party service issues, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan. In case of any concern, customers should contact Easy Customize first so that we can review and try to resolve the matter fairly.

17. Changes to These Terms

Easy Customize may update these Terms & Conditions when needed. The version published on our website at the time of placing an order will apply to that order.
