Information Required for Delivery

Please provide complete and correct delivery information when placing your order:

• Recipient full name
• Active WhatsApp or mobile number
• Complete house, flat, shop, or office address
• Area name, city, and nearest landmark
• Postal code if available

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, courier tracking details may be shared with you through WhatsApp where available. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status with the courier company.

Delivery Delays

Easy Customize tries to dispatch every confirmed order on time. However, delivery may be delayed due to courier workload, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, road closures, incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or other situations beyond our control.

Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or failure to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Parcel or Product Issue

If your parcel appears damaged at delivery, please make a clear photo or video of the parcel and product. Contact Easy Customize within 48 hours with your order details so we can review the issue according to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy.
