What products can I customize?

How can I place an order?
You can place your order through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or our website. Send the product name, quantity, photo or design details, and delivery location.
Can I send my own photo or design?
Yes. You can send your own photo, logo, text, message, or design idea. Please send a clear and high-quality image for the best printing result.
Will I receive a design preview before printing?
Yes. We share a design preview for approval before printing. Please check spelling, names, photos, and all details carefully before approving the design.
How long does a customized order take?
Customized orders usually take 3 to 4 working days for production. Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier service. Urgent orders are subject to product availability.
Do you offer delivery in Karachi?
Yes, delivery is available in Karachi. Delivery charges may vary depending on your area and the size of your order.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we offer Pakistan-wide delivery through courier services. Shipping charges and estimated delivery time are shared before order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other available payment methods. Payment details are shared after your order is confirmed.
Is advance payment required?
Yes, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm customized orders. Since every product is made specially according to your requested design, the remaining 50% payment can be paid before dispatch or as agreed during order confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can be requested before design approval and printing. Once the design is approved or printing has started, cancellation or major changes may not be possible.
What if my photo quality is low?
Low-quality or blurry photos may not print clearly. We will inform you if your photo is not suitable and request a better image where possible.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we accept bulk, corporate, event, school, office, and promotional gift orders. Share the product details, quantity, logo, and required delivery date for a quotation.
Can I order gifts for birthdays and anniversaries?
Yes. We create personalized gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, graduations, Valentine’s Day, Eid, and other special occasions.
